Theoretical foundations:

L’Alcora ethnologic heritage;

● Activities related to ceramics production from 18th century until today
● Utility of the materials
● Production process: cement and gypsum
● Raw materials in our environment
● Mines and their environmental impact

Objectives of each area:

History: To know our environment and our heritage. Our municipality has been witness to the economic activities which have been carried out in this area and their related professions.
Human actions in natural environment: critical observation of the environmental problems, conservation problems, environment as memory.

Physics and chemistry: Scientific and technical knowledge, identification of raw materials, composition, structure and chemical transformation processes. Practical application of theoretical knowledge learned in class.

Geology: Clay formation, sedimentary deposits formation, etc.

Physical education: Physical activity in contact with nature: walking through paths, short routes…

Development of the activity:
The route stimulates amusement and participation. We will briefly explain children which tasks are they going to carry out in groups.
